Messages received outside our operating hours will be responded to on the next business day during operational hours.

Lembongan Trips may receive booking requests and payments at any time through our website, WhatsApp, email, or online payment system. However, booking confirmation, payment verification, availability checks, and customer support are processed only during our stated operating hours.

Bookings made outside operational hours are not automatically confirmed until our team has reviewed the booking details, checked availability, and sent an official confirmation message through WhatsApp or email.

For travel scheduled within 24 hours, guests are strongly advised to contact our team during operational hours before making payment. Availability, fast boat schedules, hotel transfers, snorkeling trips, private charters, and tour arrangements are subject to confirmation.

We recommend guests make bookings in advance to allow our team enough time to arrange boat tickets, hotel transfers, guides, vehicles, snorkeling equipment, and other travel services.

In the case of urgent operational changes, such as unsafe weather, sea conditions, harbour delays, boat schedule changes, or local authority restrictions, our team will provide updates as soon as possible during operational hours.
