1. Lembongan Trip’s guests should bring; Comfortable Clothing, change of clothes, comfortable footwear, Sunscreen, Camera, Cash or credit card for self-expenses.
2. Water bottle: Staying hydrated is important, especially during outdoor activities. Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated and reduce plastic waste.
3. Snacks: If you have dietary restrictions or prefer to have snacks on hand, bring some non-perishable snacks with you.
4. Personal medication: If you take any prescription medication, be sure to bring enough for the duration of your trip.

Lembongan Trip Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible as possible in accommodating our clients' needs. However, cancellations do impact our business, and as such, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total trip cost.
2. Cancellations made 7 days prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total trip cost.
3. Cancellations made 24 hours prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost.
4. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost.
