- While snorkeling at Manta Bay offers a high chance of encountering manta rays, please note that sightings are not guaranteed as manta rays are in their natural habitat and their presence may vary due to environmental factors.
- Lembongan Trip’s guests should bring; Comfortable Clothing, change of clothes, comfortable footwear, Sunscreen, Camera, Cash or credit card for self-expenses.
- Non-swimmers also can snorkel with us since we provide safety equipment and snorkeling guides as their instructor.
Lembongan Trip Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible as possible in accommodating our clients' needs. However, cancellations do impact our business, and as such, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total trip cost.
- Cancellations made 7 days prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total trip cost.
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost.
